Touring pitches
The touring field is level with spacious pitches individually divided by hedging for privacy. Dogs, awnings and 4 & under guests are FREE, no extra costs.
We have three pitch types to choose from:
- Standard pitch (16 amp electric, shared water tap)
- Super serviced (16 amp electric, water tap, TV point and grey waste)
- XL super serviced (As above, but with more room)
A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept most major credit and debit cards with no extra charges.
We are a dog friendly caravan park and they are welcome free of charge (max 2 dogs per booking). We have a designated dog walk for exercise, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times for the safety of other pets and their owners.
While we are set up for camping vehicles, we don’t allow tents or pup tents on site.
We’re very happy to welcome continental vehicles too by prior agreement, but please call us to arrange this so we can make sure we have the right space for you. If you’re arriving with a commercial, sign written or extra vehicle, we request these remain in the car park, charged at £5 per stay and subject to availability.

Available for touring pitch guests are:
- Various heated washroom facilities with free hot showers
- Accessible and family facilities (Baby Baths available – Free)
- Washing machines, dryers and iron/ironing boards (Charge applicable)
- Motorhome service point
- Elsan waste points (top and bottom of field)
- Free basic Wi-Fi or high-speed Wi-Fi packages available to purchase

Pitches are a brilliant size
Arrived here Friday afternoon and was well impressed. The site is nice with friendly staff and the pitches are a brilliant size. The black bull pub on site is friendly and dog friendly, so would definitely recommend as we’re definitely coming again. One of our best sites we’ve been to.

Very caring with their customers
Stayed at the Blackbull caravan site Pickering in September. What a lovely, well-maintained site with Wendy and Stewart the caretakers. They look after the site beautifully and are very caring with their customers. Will definitely be back.

Amenities are very clean and tidy
This will be our 4th season with our tourer. The site and all amenities are very clean and tidy. Everyone very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Great base to explore the Wolds and coast
Just had 5 nights here in our caravan. Pitches are a good size and easy to reverse into them.
Great base to explore the Wolds and coast. We did Whitby, Rievaulx Abbey and Rosedale and plenty of other places. Staff were excellent. The whole site was spotless. Good dog walking area on site. Good food at Black Bull pub next door. We will be back.

Peaceful
Easy check in, staff all helpful and always good for a chat. Toilets and showers spotless. The site peaceful lovely walk into Pickering about 2 miles. Would highly recommend.
