Static caravan rental information
Our static caravans and holiday homes come with all that you need for a relaxing stay, including all kitchen wear, bedding and linen. We also offer free high-speed Wi-Fi for all your devices (provided by Voneus).
We ask that new guests arrive after 3pm on day one of their booking. All guests should be off-site by 10am on your departure day. The maximum occupancy of each static is 6 people, including babies and children in cots.
Dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly units with an additional cleaning charge of £25 per stay. Dogs must not go into bedrooms or on sofas. Please be aware that some of our caravans are pet-free, so double check you are booking the right type for your stay.
A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Premium static hire
We are thrilled to announce that our new premium static hire caravans are now available for holiday hire!
As well as everything that’s included in a standard hire, our premium holiday homes have large sliding French doors out onto decking, free-standing dining area, smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi and a spacious king master bed with the usual convenience of an en suite.
Please note: we do not accept dogs in our premium static hire caravans.
Holiday Home standard layout
Lounge
The lounge includes a fixed L-shade sofa with a fold-out double bed.
The full-length window doors open out onto decking with table and chairs so you can enjoy the countryside views and the beautiful sunsets with a glass of something special.
There is a fire and a TV to relax with into the evening.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open plan dining area is adjoined to the kitchen and lounge so you can you dine inside, if the weather doesn’t permit you to enjoy your meal outside on the decking.
The kitchen includes a gas oven with grill, 4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Highchairs are also available on request.
Bedrooms
There are two separate bedrooms. The master double bedroom includes a wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity unit and en-suite W/C and sink.
The second bedroom is a twin room perfect for families, with one bed storing under the other for extra space if it isn’t required.
All linen is provided for both rooms as needed and cots are available on request.
Bathrooms
The main family bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. It includes a W/C, sink, vanity unit and shower cubicle. (PS Don’t forget your bath towels)
The master bedroom includes an en-suite W/C and sink.

100% recommended for those looking for a quiet break.
100% recommended for those looking for a quiet break. Ideal location for Flamingo land; it’s close enough that you can see it from the site, but also far enough away that none of the noise would ever bother you. 5 minutes away in the car.
We stayed in a static caravan which was brand new. It was spotlessly clean, had lovely fluffy pillows & blankets and had all of the essentials for a self catering stay. The one we stayed in overlooked a peaceful field & it had a lovely little deck to sit on. We were lucky enough to see a barn owl swooping across the field while we were sitting out.
We were a family of 4 (2 teenagers, 2 adults) and we had plenty of space.

Very impressed with the overall look inside and outside
We have stayed here a few times now but always in our campervan, but this time we stayed in one of the their own static caravans due to our campervan being off the road.
We were very impressed with the overall look inside and outside and the view was perfect.
There is plenty to do around pickering ie Eden Camp, Flamingo Land and NRM railway.
We always walk into Pickering, no need to get a Taxi really, takes about 20/25 min and you can call into the Garden Centre.
Also book your evening meals in the Black Bull pub.
