PREMIER: *New for 2026*
The Premier range is new for 2026 and offers the most luxurious holiday homes on the park, sitting above both the ‘Classic’ and ‘Signature’ ranges in layout, finish and features. ‘The Premier’ caravan feels more like a lodge than a traditional static, with a king-size bed, really making it a home away from home.
Expect open-plan living with free standing dining area, large smart TV and elevated décor.
Relax on the decking area overlooking peaceful countryside views.
‘The Premier’ is the ideal choice if you want extra room to relax, a more refined interior and a top-tier stay in a stylish, pet-free environment.

SIGNATURE: Bright, spacious with open plan living
‘The Signature’ range is perfect for couples and families who want a bright contemporary feel to their stay.
Each holiday home features a king-size bed, light modern interiors and thoughtful touches.
Unwind in the spacious lounge with a smart TV, ideal for movie nights and relaxing after days out exploring North Yorkshire.
‘The Signature’ caravans do not accept pets, making them a great choice for guests seeking a fresh, modern and pet-free environment with extra comfort built in

CLASSIC: Bring your fury friends for a great country escape
The Classic range is the only dog-friendly option on the park, offering a comfortable base for you and your four-legged friend at great value.
With practical open-plan living, a well-equipped kitchen and cosy bedrooms with a double bed in the master, it is ideal for couples and families who want to bring their dog while exploring North Yorkshire’s coast and countryside.
You will find all the essentials for short or longer stays, making ‘The Classic’ the perfect choice for a relaxed, dog-friendly break.

Holiday Home example layout
Lounge
The lounge includes a fixed L-shade sofa with a fold-out double bed.
The full-length window doors open out onto decking with table and chairs so you can enjoy the countryside views and the beautiful sunsets with a glass of something special.
A TV with a DVD player is provided in all holiday homes alongside a Welcome book where you can find more details for local areas, check-out procedures and emergency numbers
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open plan dining area is adjoined to the kitchen which has ample storage space for your weekly food shop
The kitchen includes a gas oven with grill, 4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Highchairs are also available on request.
Provided: Kitchen tea-towel, Washing up liquid and hand soap
Bedrooms
There are two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity unit and en-suite W/C and sink. (A double in our CLASSIC range and King Beds in our SIGNATURE and PREMIER ranges.
The second bedroom is a twin room perfect for families, with one bed storing under the other for extra space if it isn’t required.
Provided: Linen is provided for the amount of guests staying. If you need additional linen please speak with reception. Cots can be found under the main bed
Bathrooms
The main family bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom. It includes a W/C, sink, vanity unit and shower cubicle. (PS: don’t forget your bath towels as these are not provided)
The master bedroom includes an en-suite W/C and sink.
Provided: Shower mats, shower gel, toilet roll and soap

100% recommended for those looking for a quiet break.
100% recommended for those looking for a quiet break. Ideal location for Flamingo land; it’s close enough that you can see it from the site, but also far enough away that none of the noise would ever bother you. 5 minutes away in the car.
We stayed in a static caravan which was brand new. It was spotlessly clean, had lovely fluffy pillows & blankets and had all of the essentials for a self catering stay. The one we stayed in overlooked a peaceful field & it had a lovely little deck to sit on. We were lucky enough to see a barn owl swooping across the field while we were sitting out.
We were a family of 4 (2 teenagers, 2 adults) and we had plenty of space.

Very impressed with the overall look inside and outside
We have stayed here a few times now but always in our campervan, but this time we stayed in one of the their own static caravans due to our campervan being off the road.
We were very impressed with the overall look inside and outside and the view was perfect.
There is plenty to do around pickering ie Eden Camp, Flamingo Land and NRM railway.
We always walk into Pickering, no need to get a Taxi really, takes about 20/25 min and you can call into the Garden Centre.
Also book your evening meals in the Black Bull pub.
