How far is the park from Pickering?
Approximately one and a half miles, or approximately a 20 minute walk.
When does your site open?
We’re open from 1st March to 31st October.
Can we bring dogs?
Yes, but please keep your dog on a lead at all times. We just ask that you let us know at the time of booking.
Do you take groups?
Yes but at the owner/manager’s discretion.
Do you have a shop?
Yes mainly basic camping essentials, such as bread, eggs and milk etc.
Do you sell gas?
Yes, Calor and Camping Gaz.
Can we have an open fire in a fire pit or fire bowl?
No, open fires of any kind are not allowed onsite.
Are we allowed to put up a gazebo?
Gazebos are not allowed.
Tents & Tourers
What size are your touring pitches?
Approximately 10 metres across.
What time do we arrive and depart from our touring pitch?
Arrival from 1pm and departure by 12 noon.
Can we park our car next to our unit?
You can park your car on your pitch, if you have an extra car it must be parked in the car park.
Is there a minimum number of nights we can book for a Bank Holiday?
No it all depends on what is available for the dates you require.
What time do we arrive and depart from our Static Holiday Caravan?
Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is by 10am.
Do you have seasonal pitches?
Yes, we are now taking deposits for seasonal pitches.
Are we allowed to have BBQs on our pitch?
The use of raised barbecues is permitted. BBQ stands can be hired from reception.
Do I need to pay a deposit to make a booking.
A. Yes, a £20 deposit per touring pitch and £50 deposit per Static Holiday Caravan is required to confirm a booking. NB The Full balance is due on Static Caravan bookings 6 weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid by card at the time of booking or by cheque if you prefer. Deposits are generally non returnable, but can be transferred to a later date at our discretion.
